derya akay ↗ is a southern anatolian artist born in turkey in 1988. they live, work, learn & garden on the unceded lands of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, Sk̲wx̲wú7mesh and səlí̓lwətaʔɬ nations since 2005. derya has been collaborating on gardening & gardening related food projects in their practice and has been working with
